Sell Us Your Art

Submit an Artwork for Purchase Consideration

Premier Pop Art considers selected modern and contemporary artworks for direct purchase. To help us conduct an initial review, please provide:

• Clear photographs of the front and back;
• Close photographs of the signature, edition number, date, labels, stamps, and identifying marks;
• Artist, title, medium, dimensions, date, and edition information;
• A description of condition and any known restoration or alteration;
• The ownership and purchase history known to you;
• Photographs or copies of certificates, invoices, or other provenance documents; and
• Your asking price and the artwork’s current location.

Send the materials to sales@premierpopart.com. Do not send original documents, full payment information, government identification, or banking credentials with the initial submission.

Submitting information is not an appraisal, authentication, consignment, offer, or agreement to purchase. It does not transfer possession or title. We may decline a submission without making an offer or may request an inspection and additional documentation. Any purchase requires a separate written acquisition agreement, verification of identity and authority to sell, satisfactory title and authenticity review, and agreement on delivery and payment.

By submitting materials, you confirm that you own the work or are authorized to act for its owner and that the information supplied is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
