Twenty years of dealing art in South Florida.

Premier Pop Art is Gary Gruenberg. He has bought and sold modern and contemporary art for more than twenty years — Warhol, Haring, Basquiat, Calder, Botero, Murakami, Mr. Brainwash — building a client base across South Florida and, increasingly, across the country.

We are an online dealership. There is no gallery to walk into, and we think that is worth saying plainly rather than implying otherwise. What replaces the gallery is documentation, a named person who answers the phone, and terms that survive scrutiny.

Authenticity, with no expiration date

This is the commitment that matters most, so we put it first. If a work we sold is ever shown to be counterfeit, misattributed, or subject to an undisclosed title defect, that claim is not subject to any deadline we impose — not 72 hours, not a year, not ever. Bring it to us whenever it arises and we will review the order documents, the provenance, and any appropriate independent assessment.

Most dealers time-limit this. We do not, because a forgery discovered in year three is still a forgery, and a dealer confident in what he sells has no reason to start a clock.

You will know exactly what you are buying

Every work is described using deliberate authorship terminology — by, attributed to, school of, after — each of which means something specific in the trade, and each of which we use with a factual basis. We do not use a general disclaimer to walk back an unqualified attribution. Condition, edition, signature, dimensions, documentation and the complete price are stated before you commit, in writing.

When something is uncertain, we say it is uncertain, and we say why.

How the work reaches you

Shipment through a reputable carrier, tracked, insured for the full declared purchase value in transit, adult signature required. Risk of loss stays with us until the work is in your hands. Title passes when the work is delivered and paid for. If it arrives damaged, we pay the return freight — you are never charged shipping on a valid claim.

Art you can actually live with

Collectors often ask whether art is an investment. Our honest answer: it is not a financial product, we are not financial advisors, and nobody should buy a painting the way they would buy a bond. Values move, markets for individual artists move, and past prices guarantee nothing.

What we will say is this — art is one of the very few things you can put real money into and then use every single day. It hangs on your wall. It changes the room. A stock certificate does none of that. If a work also holds or grows in value over the years, that is a welcome second outcome, not the reason to buy it.

Buy the piece you cannot stop thinking about. That is the only purchase we have ever seen a collector be glad about twenty years later.

Flexible ways to buy

Works from $1,500 to $50,000 may be purchased through our 12-month, interest-free layaway. The work is reserved and held for you while you pay. Works marked Price on Request are not sold through checkout — inquire and we will confirm availability and prepare a written quote.

For galleries and dealers

We sell to the trade as well as to private collectors. If you are a gallery, dealer, designer or advisor sourcing for a client, contact us directly about trade terms and current inventory.
