About this work
Premier Pop Art presents James Dean (giant) by Steve Kaufman.
Steve Kaufman (1960–2010) apprenticed as Andy Warhol's assistant at the Factory before developing his own hand-embellished screenprint style — pop icons, portraits and Americana painted over silkscreen in thick, individual color. Each work is effectively unique, and his Factory lineage keeps his market active among Warhol collectors.
Medium, dimensions, edition and condition for this particular work are available on request. Ask us and we will send the full details along with additional photographs.
